Bio

Dan is, first and foremost, a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.   Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant (U.S.) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Canada. 

Over the course of his career, beginning in 2007, prior to starting his own practice, he had worked with mid-size accounting firms in various roles over the years.  In addition to the usual stuff that accountants do, he had specialized in Canadian family income tax planning, estate planning and estate administration, US income tax planning and US tax filings, consulting and structuring/re-structuring in relation to business purchase and sale transactions, and cross-border business and investment.

Dan was born and raised in White Rock; he’s been living in Vancouver since he began his career in accounting.
